A GOOD BOSS TAKES CARE OF HIS SUBJECTS

Today, it is difficult to find a good boss. Many of these "bosses" seek refuge and "friendship" with their superiors rather than defending their subordinates. And these "bosses" don't understand that if anything, they will be the first to be under the tanks. Because subordinates do not defend such a boss, but the superior superiors will quickly take all the blame on them. Such "bosses" are usually careerists who don't really know anything. Even in their profession they lead.
