I'm preparing for a long time, and now I'm mature.

Despite the global pandemic crisis, other activities are taking place around the world. Liberal forces have become very active, fighting as their "minority" for their rights with the "majority" completely discriminating against them. Yes, yes ... That's the paradox. Fighting discrimination turns out to be only possible by discriminating against others.

That's how it started in the USA with "Black matter lives", when suddenly everyone "white" had to stand on his knees and kiss his feet there. Why "keep it"? Because I don't know exactly how to label it. Today's politically correct "African Americans" are far from correct or accurate, as they represent a very narrow ethnic group. My school teaches that there are Europeans in Europe, Asians in Asia, Aborigines in Australia and Negroes in Africa. And not some "afro something". Because why in Europe are the 2015 refugees from Somalia, Libya, Morocco called "African Americans", even though they don't even know where such America is? But you see, someone didn't like it, and ... The minority didn't like it, so the majority accepted it as a dogma. Although ... This is exactly the issue that could still be discussed - who is a minority and who is a majority. But maybe that's why it has all become a tradition.

A month ago, I learned that there was such a "celebrity", blogger Didrihsone. She had published her opinion on non-traditional relations, for which she really deserved public condemnation. But looking at her statements, I did not find anything condemning in them, because a person simply openly said what he understands and what he thinks, without calling for violence or any resistance. And I supported this "celebrity" because in many ways her opinion coincided with mine. And I posted it on Facebook. And you know? After about half an hour, I received a notice that my account was being blocked because my opinion did not agree with the FB company's guidelines. I did not accept this, and when I started talking to FB robots, I forced this "artificial" intellect to connect me to the ordinary, and after half an hour FB was forced to admit that in my opinion there is absolutely no call for violence, no racial condemnation, no groups condemnation or other overt discrimination, and my profile remained untouched, both with the indication that if I allowed myself to do something wrong, it would be everything. And for the sake of peace, FB asked me to delete my message, which FB himself did quickly ... So what had I written like that? I quote: "I also have homosexuality incomprehensible, so I do not support it." No more, no less. However, the relevant characters, who are so "discriminated against", hastily filed a complaint with FB that I see them turning against them with hatred, violence, calling for something ... And here, as a lawyer, I have a question for these characters - don't you think that you discriminate against heterosexuals?

Each of us is a unique individual who integrates into society. And only we ourselves and God know all our fetishes, passions, hobbies, pros and cons. Is that why the rest of society is bad? No.

Yes, the majority of society consciously or unconsciously creates "polite society" stereotypes that determine norms of behavior. And, of course, not all of these stereotypes may be acceptable to us ALL. Someone does not like to eat holding a fork in his left hand because seeing it is uncomfortable. What to do? Make a brawl and condemn those who do it? Maybe regular speeders get together and hold a pride to advertise total speeding? Maybe thieves and OCGs are marching with the slogan - "Get off with a criminal law"? No, it sees is bad. But to openly advertise your fetish, your tendencies, which are unacceptable to the majority of the public - you see it right, and everyone who expresses dissatisfaction with it - discriminates. But is not imposing discrimination on your position as the only right one? That there are LGBT members? Although I know the answer - everything you do is right, but what we do is wrong. OK, so be it. Let us change society and state that the good tone of society is homosexuality, and that heterosexuality is something very bad, and therefore prohibited. Just again, the question for the same LGBT people - where will you take the babies you really want to adopt? Don't you think that by your actions you are either leading the world to destruction, or do you just want to take on and create an LGBT dictatorship where the heterosexual will be put on some animal level? And don't you think that you are consciously and deliberately creating the conditions to provoke your condemnation? I am afraid you will not want to discuss, because there will be no answers against. There will only be conspiracy theories, '' one aunt said, '' etc., just as we experience now with a pandemic. And by the way - it is you who call for violence, condemnation and hatred.

For example, I am deeply indifferent to who a person is - black, white, blue, green, hetero, bi, or homo. I will pay no attention to his religion or his political position. But until then. And that time and moment comes when someone begins to tell me that I am living wrong, that I do not understand, and that God does not give, it is all presented through uncensored words and personal insults. OK, I understand that for some people the intelligence is not higher than a five-year-old child, and he raises his self-confidence according to the number of uncensored words - it does not offend me, because with such as they say - for good. However, it is then that I realize that someone is trying to force something on me, pull it in somewhere, and close my mouth. I say once - will not succeed. Because, as you know, every action has a countermeasure. I have worked in the same team with a Muslim, a Negro and a homosexual, and I have never had a problem. On the contrary - there were friendly parties, there were interesting discussions on these topics, and the Negro did not offend to be called a Negro, the Muslim did not try to prove superiority over baptism, the gay did not drag me to his bed. But they were neither "Black matter live", nor "IGIL", nor "LGBT". And maybe that's why. And they were respectable people, because I understand that their position and opinion could not be manipulated.

Here are some thoughts. And that's exactly what I want the people in the article to think about - do you really not allow the "discriminated" people to live in peace, or does someone just tell you that and promise to reward you?

Medical protests.

Today, medics gathered in a picket near the Saeima to fight for their wages, to comply with the law. However, analyzing all the events that have occurred to date does lead to a not very encouraging conclusion - there will be no radical change in everything. Why such conclusions? Here are the answers:

Going back a long time ago, the Ministry of Health (HM) budget was halved, but there were overtime hours, three jobs, and with God half the doctors pulled the ends together. It even bought, repaired and built new equipment and machinery. The doctors screamed, but did not protest. Except EMS.
Then came the judgment of the Constitutional Court, which stipulated that overtime work should be paid at double the rate, and thus medical problems began. The first thing the Ministry of Health and hospital boards did was prohibit doctors from working overtime. And now the murmur was beginning to turn into frustration. To somehow “let off that steam”, the then Minister of Health, A.Čakša, used his presence with the power party and made a statement that the medical industry was short of money and as a result of various periphythm the budget of the Ministry was DOUBLE !!! As a result, a law called "Increase in wages for medical staff" was passed, stipulating that medical salaries should increase by 30% in 2018, and thereafter by 20% each year for five years, in exchange for overtime. Plus, money was given to "fix" e-health, reduce patient queues, buy routine equipment, etc., and so on. As a result, medical salaries in 2018 were increased by ... (!!!) on average by 25% instead of the promised 30%. But it was silent because the growth was and everyone was happy. However, there were still some overtime hours. In short, one could live.
The year 2019 came and it was revealed that there was no money in the doubled budget for the next salary increase step. However, this did not prevent Members from deciding that salary increases should be, which, in the words of Members and Ministers themselves, now turns out to be an empty promise and an unenforceable law. Somewhere, however, the money was "raised" and salaries increased. As much as 10 percent, because it suddenly turned out that the doctors did not understand the meaning of the law, and it sees only the "lower" wage increase, but overtime reduced it completely. However, after the increase, something great did not change for the "lowest" wage earners - as was the minimum, it practically remained. The medical staff went to work again and started working in two, three places, thus bypassing the HM's "blessing" law on overtime work, because working in another institution was not overtime. As a result, the law began to be violated, which was actually initiated and supported by the HM itself.
Now 2020 is coming. And it's no wonder that there is no money in the HM again. In retrospect, I can say that in Latvia the budget is the ninth wonder of the world - regardless of all the circumstances, even according to statistics, the economy is growing, tax revenue is growing, GDP is growing - there will never be enough money in the budget. Therefore, it turns out that in 2020 the salaries of medical personnel are not expected to increase. Then, after many speeches, quarrels, threats, he found half of what was needed and announced that wage growth would be half that. According to our Ministry of Finance (MoF), HM, this would mean a 2% increase in medical salaries, because if 20% were 10, it would be logical that half would be a quarter. If anyone did not understand this arithmetic, they could ask for advice. ministers, and economists in the Saeima, all of whom have education in Oxford, Cambridge and Yale (where we have nothing ...)

I will not talk about which sectors the money came from. It is one - public administration combined with the Saeima. Those who do not deserve a cent in the country, turn out to deserve the most. Another paradox of the Latvian budget.

But now it all comes down to a protest that makes no sense, because in the world, such protest is called staged, controlled protest. They are used in two cases: (a) to show the world that democracy exists in the country; b) When unsuccessful politicians raise their ratings at the expense of protesters to tick their inaction list. In any case, either together or individually, nothing changes in the lives of the protesters. Aside from personal satisfaction and a degree of self-esteem for all stakeholders.

And today it was visible. Ministry of Healty Vinķele smiled in front of protesters as he had been urging medics for three months, in other words, sanctioning open but controlled protest activities. As a result, the person who received one of the largest streaks in parliamentary elections is now almost a saint and the industry's biggest supporter .... Of course, for a second, another "life-abuser" joined in, earning a plus. I won't list the rest of the skins, but without them.

Will this protest make any sense? No it won't. Everything has already been decided. It was clear - 50 million and that's it. He filed a protest, holding polls ahead of time and realizing there would be many, thought and "found" another 10 million. A total of 60.- million, exactly half of what was "promised" and recorded. A total compromise. In addition, when the Speaker of the Saeima "invited" a picket delegation to the talks, the Minister of Healty remained and did not go anywhere. Isn't it funny? It confirms that everything has already been put to the point and the delegation was "crying" for difficult times, promising that they are and will be a priority, bla bla bla ....

In fact, everything is much, much simpler. Money is real, but it continues to be wasted. Ask the ministers to tell you how their ministry budget is being used, and the answer will be, uh, oh, next ... is as it is. But ... But none of this number is true. Proof of this is the annual reports of the State Audit Office, none of which are without remarks, instructions and materials sent to the prosecutor's office.

Money is. Only one is very reluctant to give it back, but someone else lacks the desire to claim it and take it. But on the whole, some people who live in their individual world are so reluctant to live honestly, because then there won't be so many ... There will be no personal cottages, no homes, no property ... There will be no free and paid world tour. Will have to live honestly ....

Reading literacy is one of the most valuable and necessary skills of today.

Long ago, when I was still a child, reading another fairy-tale book, I dreamed that it would be good if the pictures lived up and that the fairy-tale would simply look at the reading place. With the growth of television, the development of cinema and the development of cinematography, it was possible to compare the read fairy with the film. Later I was able to compare even more serious works of art. And, as it turned out, the book was often better than cinema.

Today we live in the XXI century. And my childhood dreams come true. Smartphones, tablets. Reading is no longer a necessity. Everything can be viewed. Just tell the magic words - '' Google OK .... '', and please - all the information is presented on the 'silver plate with a gold edge' or, more precisely, on the tablet, the smartphone. Progress! Development! Urra !!!

But really? It has been shown that when reading, a person adds to his vocabulary, which in turn helps him to formulate his own words, opinions, claims, etc. more accurately. In turn, these skills are enhanced by an individual's IQ, which in turn makes the individual attractive to the community, generates opportunities for growth and career. However, it seems that the world '' high technology '' is doing its best to degrade humanity.

Nowadays, reading books is no longer necessary because special programs read a book in front of you. Even basic SMS writing is no longer necessary as you can send and receive voice messages. Today's youth choose computer games instead of reading the most of their life time. So they do not develop, are physically weak and inadequate, intellectually retarded. Today, only one in twelve young people aged between seven and sixteen is able to formulate their thoughts precisely. Only every ninth can speak and write with compound sentences using compound and sequential terms. And not because they aren't taught at school. No, because when they listen, they do not settle in their brain as they read.

In a conversation with a teacher, I was shocked by her story. Today, a ninth grade student reading a book that I read at school for two weeks, plus a book summary - this student reads four months !!! FOUR !!!! Reading is at primary level !!! And this is our 'future' ...

In conclusion ... Can we really blame the technology? Not!. They are designed to make our life easier, but not to replace it. Then who is to blame? We are guilty ourselves. We, who do not ask our children, grandchildren to read, we who, for the sake of our peace, put our child in the hands of a tablet, so that we do not interfere with us ... And then we are still judging about the injustices that are waiting for us everyday ... What we insult ? How do we destroy ourselves? How do we make degenerates from our children?

Maybe it's worth finding yourself?
