The main issue that often circulates among us is a certain threat from the east. That is why many are delighted with the ever increasing number of NATO troops, the establishment of a special unit in Latgale, the '' new '' armament, etc., etc. However, it is my belief that no threat is realistic and not expected in the near future. Why? You may find the answer in this article, as long as there is enough education to teach reading, and of course patience.

Burning taiga.

Every year, large or smaller areas of taiga burn in Russia. The reason for this is malicious burning, '' accidental '' fires. However, in 2019 the area was very large. And to take it to specially designed teams that traveled thousands of kilometers back and forth, often in places where there was no road at all to burn forests - seems wrong. At the same time, there is a nuance that does not pay much attention. There are two ballistic missile landfills in Russia. In this case, the landfill is meant as a place for military training, target shooting, testing of new weaponry. Russia is unique because of its size, so it does not need to rocket out its territory like many other superpowers. There are two main launch sites - Murmansk Oblast and Vladivastok Oblast. Well, of course, "small" landfills throughout central Russia. As a result, all medium and long range ballistic missiles can also be tested quite secretly. But as is often the case, trials are not always successful. Last year was a good example of this in the Murmansk Oblast, where one such rocket exploded before launching, resulting in a small nuclear explosion that Russia very, very much wanted to hide, but failed. At the same time, it remains a mystery as to how many test rockets fall midway - the taiga, which triggers major forest fires. Since the area is sparsely populated, keeping it a secret is not that difficult. But there are thousands of stories about "anomalous" phenomena over taiga, UFO, falling "meteorites", completely "extinct" areas.

Territory.

In 2014, Russia launched an offensive in Ukraine, and as a result, Russia was subjected to the Crimea, and war is still ongoing in eastern Ukraine. Now let's not talk about territorial and ethnic reality. It is about Russian capabilities. As we all know, things went a little wrong in Ukraine, and the military conflict was localized and its further development is practically impossible. In addition, economic sanctions against Russia have done their part. Any kind of participation in any military conflict requires very large financial resources. And Russia's multiple presence in front of the '' defolt '' only proves it. And yet .... And yet Russia has held on. How to? And here we have to look at the East, specifically China.

When Russia reached its peak in 2015, it seemed as if Russia's Putin regime had practically fallen. But nothing ... But it turned out that Russia had "leased" to China areas three to five times the size of the "returned" Crimea. China started massive logging, and now many areas of the Altai resemble Kazakh steppes. In 2016, for a moment, news came that China was concentrating troops at the Russian border. Most interestingly, it has never disappeared or been removed. It is even rumored that China has built bridges to half the Amur River in several places. Putin visits China more often than certain regions of his country. And ... Russia is normalizing its economy. Do not look at increasing sanctions, despite the fact that Russian hydrocarbon production is being bought for less, despite the gas pipeline fiasco. Therefore, it can be concluded that China is currently subsidizing Russia, taking Russian territories into consideration. I think that the US '' customs tariff '' war with China is not just what the media are superficially referring to. And the seizure of Russian territory by China is continuing. Even in Chuvashia, chuvash rebellion is taking place as local authorities give back to Chinese firms the largest plots of land in which China builds its own factories employing its own people, and the products of these factories are traded on the Chinese markets. As a result, the locals are forced out of their populated areas. In reality, there is a non-violent, economic occupation of Russian territory. And all this to put Putin in control, not to develop Russia. In addition, according to unofficial information, Russia has exported practically the entire war zone of the Far East, which by the way was one of the largest and most powerful military formations in the world. And that is understandable - it is no longer needed there, as the areas are all at the disposal of China. However, tanks and other military equipment from the area can now be found at the disposal of Ukrainian separatists.

Consequently, it is virtually a conclusion that there is no separate military threat from its eastern neighbor. With war in eastern Ukraine, Syria and now pledging aid to Iran, Russia has no means for another local military conflict. The question, and the problem with it, is in another - how safe is the little "suitcase" under Putin's control, and what will happen when China has completely "satisfied" its appetite in the Far East and stops giving Russia? Will the dwarf who is overwhelmed by schizophrenic paranoia be able to hold on to his psyche and not start ''pushing'' the buttons?

Is 33% a 'whole' nation? Is 33.5% the same as 54.5% in Saeima elections? So what is the right to trust the confidence of some "mystical" voters? There were many who encouraged people to 'boycott' these elections. The main reason for mentioning is the '' unsuccessful '' promises made by politicians, the invocation of Brussels, the similarity of the EU with the USSR. Honestly, I also voted against joining the EU in 2003. However, once there 's'' joining '' you should think about how to use it. How to regulate events. Just can't understand why he no longer runs KPV.LV. Why is he no longer just a statist in this party?

LRA - I think these would have at least one mandate if not own short-sightedness. What is the locomotive of this association now? Smiltens .... Here's the result of the attitude. And such a '' trick '' JKP is a whole stack. As a basis - the JKP lacks strategic planning, as a result of "Napoleon's Syndrome" is beginning to prevail. Therefore, one should not be surprised at the result - the party is starting to set itself against the people. And all those self-proclamations in social networks are starting to stay a bit shaky. But the known mess without salt can only be eaten during the final famine.

This will be an article about dog food and conspiracy theory around it.

I would like to say once again that this article is not an order and has not been paid for. That's just my personal opinion.

There is a well-known scandal in Latvia that DOGO dog food has caused a total megaesophagus (esophagus enlargement) epidemic. Now it has come to a halt, and it looks like the thirst for an epidemic is no longer there. Is it because Tukuma Straume has finished producing DOGO? No ... It all happened for some other reason.

The whole scandal coincided purely with the moment when '' someone '' accidentally 'wanted' to 'privatize' or buy Latvian grain processing companies. This scandal also slowed down, but the result of this scandal was the bankruptcy of the grain elevator in Daugavpils and some other related companies. Probably the 'Tukuma Straume' was on this list, but ... Well, nothing happened. If someone is wondering what is going on there, then I will answer - the world-wide riderism scheme - initially compromising the plant, reducing its price to a minimum, or even leading to bankruptcy, after which the company buys at very low prices. So here's the first stage of conspiracy.

To compromise '' Tukuma Straumi '', vets are used, who do not even know that they are being used unfairly. However, at the present moment they are the perpetrators, but the real scandalous builders have gone into the mist.

Now for the same dry feed. Many opposed me, saying yes, the disease is from DOGO. And to some extent, I agree with this statement, just say it '' ... yes, the disease is from the feed. '' without DOGO. When studying the sick, it turns out that they are basically living in cities, but if they are outside the city - the dogs have been kept either at the chain or in the cage, or in the backyard of the house. Further, this feed comes into the dog's horizontal esophagus, which is long enough. The food goes down until the priest is fed into the esophagus. But if this dry food stays in the esophagus? It then begins to swell directly into the esophagus in its internal humidity, thereby forming '' pockets '', which in turn is the cause of further disease. In order to prevent this happening, the dog must move, as it is the movement of the esophagus and the release of food from it. No, you don't have to run, jump ... enough for normal movements, rickshaw. Look at what wolves do in the wild when they eat ... They rejoice and bang. What do you do for a city dog? Eat and go to bed. What eats a wolf? Meat! What does your city dog eat? For your inappropriate dry feed !. Who is to blame if the dog gets sick? DOGO? Not! You, in your laziness, have decided by default to have your pet suffering. And the DOGO feed has nothing to do with it.

Is there anyway? And you have to go to the absurd. Yes, DOGO feed has the most direct connection with this disease because it is dry food. Here, you need to focus on elementary marketing by departing from allegations. Fact of the matter is that DOGO dry food is the only available food Latvian by price. And massively available, as are sold in virtually every store, which can not be said about the other feeds to be purchased in specialized shops or Zoo veterinary pharmacies. Here's where the real cause is. Here's the whole 'conspiracy'.

To conclude. I've always had a dog. Basically, German Shepherd dogs, because it is my favorite species. And all of them have also eaten (!!!) dry food, but the latter eat only "Tukuma Straumes". However, there is someone ... Dry food for my dog is the same as for me biscuits - a nice addition to the daily meal, because the basic feed is natural to him. Second dog every day running around your heart's content, because not live in urban or suburban limits and is not connected to the chain, or trapped in a cage. And yet none of my dogs have even suspected megaophagus. There have been other ailments. As a living creature.

Here is my personal opinion. In all of these malignancies to blame in my opinion is the dog owners, who believe that a walk in a couple of hours in the morning and in the evening just as the dog is sufficient, and the rest of the time to sleep at the owner's feet. It even blame are those who in six fractions of their house in the yards of the opinion that large dogs are '' enough '' freedom much, but because they live in '' freedom '' ...

Hopefully, this conspiracy theory will turn into a logical explanation and will no longer be just a theory.

But it depends on us and the ability to logically think, rather than being sick of only one deliberately distributed one-sided setting.

Mathematics (Greek: mathematics - 'doctrine', 'knowledge') is the science of numerical relationships and spatial forms of the real world. [1] People who seek to understand and promote further mathematics are called mathematicians.

As you know, mathematics is an exact science and requires directness and precision in all its manifestations. At the same time, we know thousands of examples when we know exactly that mathematics is absurd and inexplicable. There is also the theory that our mathematics is absolutely inaccurate, and that is why we still have no ability to move in the galaxies.

Another conspiracy theory about the inaccuracy of mathematics is found in our country's economic accounts, in the accounts of state capital companies, in the State Revenue Service (SRS). Faced with them, our calculations will never match their calculations, but the rule of law in our country is that '' right '' math will always be for them.

The next absurdity of the same theory is the low level of knowledge of public accountants and accountants in their goverment capital companies. Whatever changes our legislators have to make, no matter how timely they are, the accountants in charge of all these institutions will never be able to calculate the changes in time. If tax or salary changes come into force on January 1, then with the guarantee these accountants will "correctly" calculate at best in March.

This is what is happening now with medical salaries, which, as of January 1 of this year, are increased by 20% by the Law passed by the Saeima and the resources found by the government. However, as it turns out, at least two state clinics will get the new salary at best in March, because the reason for this is quite banal - accountants do not understand how to calculate correctly, and for that reason they will not be able to calculate everything correctly until February. At these clinics, there are about ten people accountants and economists, and their offiss are equipped with computers, calculator and everything they need for work.

Where's the conspiracy here? Everything is elementary - there are countless controlling and supervising institutions in the country, but no one ... BUT NO ONE (!!!) does not see how public law is violated openly. In February, the medical will receive salaries that will be very low, because from the same January 1, the clinics are banning medical from working overtime. And what will happen? Total outflow of workers. Of course, the clinics have issued circulars (the only thing the clinic has to do with the board), all kinds of covered up their illegal activities. But it does not make their activity more legitimate. So why does it happen and to whom is it beneficial?

Members of the Saeima ask for the help of the people to defend the rule of law. However, none of these deputies even fingers to make this rule of law.

Currently, our legislator is working on a new '' Hunting Law '', which must comply with modern regulations, modern requirements. I don't know if the new hunting law will raise up-to-date issues about hunting with bows and arbalets, which caused a great deal of indignation and disagreement ten years ago. Of course, all the responsibility lies on the shoulders of the adult, and if God is not given, there will be a wedding, the adult will answer before the Law.

Therefore, the new '' Hunting Law '' is diminishing this backwardness, and somewhere in the far distant future, '' happy '' will hear someone somewhere massaging someone.

Someone will say that I rave and warp wrong parallels. However, the question needs to be looked at more widely. The days when successful hunting was the basis of survival have long gone. Now hunting is entertainment and sports. But it is not about that. It's the first shot, the first hit. And no matter - crow, fox, buck, pig, man. The first shot is always tough. Fear is an unpleasant emotion that arises as a response mechanism for a living organism to face threats or pain. It is the body's natural response to protect it from social and physical hazards and death by preparing it for attack or defense.

For humans, the first feelings of fear appear early in childhood. The strength of fear depends on the situation of the person and the personality and experience of the person. Intense fear can cause temporary physical disturbances: heart rate acceleration, increased sweating, chills, difficulty in getting cognitive.

Fear is related to other human emotional states: anxiety, anxiety, hysteria, horror and panic.

As you can see, fear is an integral part of our lives. We fear almost everything. We acknowledge this, we hide this. But the worst thing is when we start to hide our fear behind the frenzy.

Our people have had to experience a lot. And in all centuries, at all times, we have always been afraid of something. Both from the taskmaster, from Lord, from the Tsar, from the secret police, and from the KGB .... apart from the small fears of rats, mice, spiders, witches, devils and other creatures. The fear of natural creatures is natural and there is nothing to be ashamed of. But the pressure fear ... Here's the problem. If we go into the depths, then all of our life's problems are practically the result of imposed fear. We often conceal the real crimes, because we fear that '' the criminal will find us and will avenge '' that '' we will be in the police '', etc. We are still silent about the perplexity of power, but we are afraid to say openly that power is bad.

It is the last fear - fear of power - that destroys each of us individually and humanity as a whole. And in this process we take an active part. How many are able to criticize power, not be afraid of it, openly express opinion? Well one hundredth of a percentage. I am not going to include those anonymous critics who, behind the characters of cartoon characters, behind the dogs, the cats, write 'criticism' on social networks, bordering on the boom of low intelligence activity. I mean those real people who, even being aware of possible repression against them, continue to express their opinion, express their thoughts, criticize. And there is an antipole for them - the inferior creatures that are unable and unable to defend themselves in their fear of power, which they do not, and are therefore forced to humbly creep in front of the power to only secure their status in some way. These low-profile types will be thrown into power-defending teams, and will defend power in all its affairs, even when the righteousness will not take them together. Humility - the hall of fear today. Today's phobias are treated with humility and compassion ...

Here's a question that is open ... The question you should fight. And the power of using your resources makes every effort to be more fearful every day. It is the mission of power at all levels, in all social and political facilities. There is definitely no conspiracy on its own as a whole. Rather, there is corruption, scheming, criminal activity. Latvian roads and road construction are by far the most criminal and affair-rich sector followed by real estate construction and other industries. However, as the law enforcement authorities do not 'see' all of this crime, they cannot be proven to date, so all the doors open to conspiracy theory.

So snow. Snow roads make it difficult to leave, make emergency situations. For this to happen, there are organizations entrusted with winter care. The state roads are followed by LRM (Latvian Road Maintenance), municipal road maintenance is a problem of a particular county and city, and bridges in turn fall under the custody of '' Latvian Bridge ''. Plus all private companies are outsourced. And here starts...

Every year already in August and September, all responsible institutions and organizations report to the media and the public that "winter ready", but as soon as winter comes, it turns out to be "coming" without waiting. End of October, November, when the first islands appear, but there is no snow yet, in Latvia, the "salting" road begins. This is a process where road keepers do not need to shave salt-sand mixtures or need to pass roads with salt solution without special need. Often in such quantities that asphalt becomes white. The result is damage to the pavement itself, cars, pedestrian footwear, the surrounding green area, trees. But in January, February, when the snow comes out, all 'road cleaning' works stop. The city streets are not accessible and inexhaustible. There is no road maintenance technique on the roads. However, with the start of spring, when the snow melts naturally, reports by municipalities and public authorities begin on how much spent and most importantly - overdrawn !!!. And everything is fine, because no controlling authority sees any violations, even though most Latvian residents regularly complain about the unclean roads throughout the winter. It even reports to the media. What's more, this is illustrated by the high number of accidents and the nature of these accidents. But ... All is in the best order. Hence, the theory of conspiracy, because the truth does not correspond to the TRUTH.

Spring. There is almost the long length of gravel roads in Latvia. In the winter, the unpolluted snow, which melts in the spring sun, gravel roads '' bite '' and are once again inexhaustible. Some of these roads are even officially closed. The problem is known to everyone, but nothing is done to keep these problems out. The same thing happens with asphalted roads, which at the beginning of salting, after the cleaning, start to crack and shrink. OK, the holes are '' blocked ''. From year to year, the road has become even worse than the gravel road, although in all maps and documents they are marked as 'black' pavement roads.

Unofficially, which is known by a large part of the population, but not by law enforcement and control institutions, it is clear that the real significance of roads in Latvia is money laundering. In Latvia, 1m2 of black pavement costs over almost half as much as in many other EU countries, but the road condition is seven times worse ...

The scheme is as poor as the first-class math task. A particular customer orders the repair of a road section. The road construction company doubles the estimate, which is 'officially' going through all the labyrinths of the procurement, and where no 'controlling' nothing sees it again. When a subscriber pays an estimate, the '' priced '' portion of the donation returns to the customer's 'custody' party's cash desk, but another small part goes through the various '' consultative '' companies into the accounts of the closest relatives of the customer. And nobody does anything, because after the papers everything is 100% in order. No one is scared, or really scattered on the roads, all of the indicated amounts of salt are wasted. No one controls how many miles '' '' of the road cleaner, and how much fuel it has spent, even though it's easier to control. No one controls how many times a year gravel roads are graded and at all. No one has any interest in why 1m2 of black pavement is so expensive in Latvia, and why it is not able to hold quality on the road for five years ... But everything is in order. Also, the bills of the political parties are all right. And nothing for anything. In accounting, everything is fine, a pit on the road, snow and ice on the roads. FULL ORDER. There is only one question - why is it seen by all, but not controlling and law enforcement agencies. Maybe because there is no signal from the US or the EU, as was the case with money laundering over in Latvian banks.

In addition to everything, the basis for conspiracy theory is other issues. For example, why are the "old" government and parliament representatives at the head of LRM and LSR? Why do some roadworks companies win 'tendering' tenders in municipalities with heads of a particular political party. Here's the whole conspiracy theory.

Long thought about which topic to start with. And I decided to start with medicine, or health. So the question - but where is the conspiracy itself? Conspiracy lies in the slow destruction of the nation. Paranoid? Unreal? Here! That's why conspiracy theory. So then......

Medicine in our country is level. And in certain areas, surely many countries are ahead. At the same time, however, getting qualified medical services is very difficult and expensive. Our national medicine is represented by two groups - health care and pharmacy. Healthcare is either under criticism. And not because it is medieval. No, modern but virtually inaccessible. However, pharmacy is at the highest level, although it is practically inaccessible to health care. Why? Because of this sector, this industry is controlled by certain forces that are interested in not getting local aborigines to receive the healthcare they need, one of which is the use of medicines, that is, pharmaceuticals.

By dabbling all medicine in general, the idea that these "invisible" forces are basically behind the pharmacy is emerging. First, the pharmaceutical industry in the world shares first and second place in terms of income. It divides it into drug production and trade, which is also essentially pharmaceutical. Then there are guns, oil, but it doesn't threaten our country. If we are still paying attention to the pharmacy, then the current / former Minister of Health A.Chaksa has even discovered in a conversation that she would "catch up" with the pharmacy only in a situation where she was provided with a daily guard, armed limousine, etc. On the way forward, it must be admitted that no expression has been drawn to this expression by the security and law enforcement authorities. Even none of our parliamentarians and governments have responded. So then?! So there is a searchable link, and that's why everything is as it is.

A while ago I publicly threw the saying that '' Latvia no longer need any reform ... '. I was told I was bad, I was opposed. I did not understand, because since 1992, when the reforms, which have not yet ended, have made everything worse. And then I started to study what the reform is. And here's '' REFORM - rearrangements, modification, maintaining the core of the current. '' The key is the last part of the explanation - ''maintaining the core of the current.'', or speaking the words of our Members and the Government - there is no need to change anything. As a result, nothing has changed since 1992. OK, there are technologies, hardware, but the attitude has remained the same. Consequently, the availability of quality health care has remained at the level of 1992.

In recent years, huge amounts of money have been injected into the health sector. However, there are no changes. The staff did not go beyond 1992. And it is not possible to blame the staff for it, because his guilt is not entirely there. A system that has created a conveyor of destruction deliberately does everything to ensure that its personnel do not go beyond 1992. Yes, our doctors ride in exchange experience, go to international conferences. But? It does not make any sense, because it is not possible to introduce this experience with us, as it is not deliberately allowed. In addition to this, medical workers have '' mandatory '' recertifications that are only possible if they accumulate 'further education' points, the acquisition of which must be paid by the same doctors from own salary, which is already below any level of self-esteem. But the resources injected into the industry are "fading away" so virtu complete not seeing the State Control, and other oversight services. What's more, it is seen by everyone except the controlling authorities and law enforcement agencies. We have '' developed '' the world's finest e-health, with almost 20 million injections, but .... E-HEALTH DOES NOT WORK !!! Public money to raise medical salaries disappears as ''the water in the desert sand'', with ''every health authority has the right to spend the assigned funds '', and medical doctors promise 30% and 20% of the promised newsletters that this is not all understood and wages growth will not, because ... - MONEY NOT .... And the doctors work in three, five workplaces to "earn" a lot of little enough subsistence. But patients are frustrated because they do not receive proper health care. Interestingly, could the RIMI or MAXIMA cashier, who should work in three stores without rest, be courteous to serve customers? Could a shoemaker, who would have to repair shoes without a rest week out of 24/7, could do it qualitatively? I think not, but it doesn't interest us anymore.

And yet ... Perhaps, however, it is worth considering whether this conspiracy theory is so absurd, and whether there is no deliberately directed, deliberate destruction of the people, based on the "reforming" industry, deliberate stagnation of doctors, disinformation of the people ... Maybe before you go to the doctor, nurse, sanitary, before ask - which this doctor is, and the number of which is that particular job.

And starting to think, this 'conspiracy theory' is no longer a theory, and the conspiracy looks even deliberate and well organized.

Conspiracy Theory is a term used to describe a group of people or entire populations suspected of hidden and malicious intentions from government, institutions or organizations. Conquerors of conspiracy theories try to explain the causes of various accidents or mysterious events with the action of some secret power. Conspiracy theories tend to be paradoxical, irrational, or paranoic from the point of view of most society and science, so they are not generally perceived as realistic. The phenomenon of conspiracy theories is studied by psychologists and sociologists.

These two explanations are not the same .... Starting this year, I will begin a series of articles on "conspiracy theories" with their own explanations. How many of these theories and "conspiracies" are true - to judge you. Because they are '' conspiracy theories '', there will probably be no documentary evidence. Everything is based on the information that can come from a wide variety of sources. At the same time, those who are not lazy will be able to analyze themselves and decide how true it is. For those who consistently represent one of the separately taken opinions and have changed their brains to one common one - I suggest not to read, so as not to harm oneself, but on the other hand - how can traumatize how not. Therefore, those who want - can follow everything, but those who feel it all nightmare can read it all as normal reading material or not read at all.
